Develop a Partnership Agreement for each targeted countries

FGOI CLUSTERS TARGET
- The partnership may focus on the relationship with the partnered clusters and attracting other European furniture-related clusters to future developments
- The partnership should create new relationships with clusters, associations and other stakeholders in the targeted markets that can provide useful inputs to develop and achieve the Project goals. These may include:
- Furniture and furniture-related clusters
- Association of architects and interior designers
- Association of developers and construction companies
- Association of facility managers
- Other sectorial associations: Workspace, Tourism/Hospitalities, Residential, Healthcare
- The clusters main target is to support their SMEs members, and should focus on tracking them into the Project and creating useful activities and inputs for them
- The SMEs are targeting mainly product specifiers through the actions led by clusters. Their aim is to detect projects in the earliest stages so that they can introduce their product specification and be ahead of their competitors.
- Therefore, the project activities will focus mainly on these customers.
FGOI CLUSTERS SYNERGIES
- The FGOI will foster Partnership relationships among the partnered clusters and allow for identification of common challenges and market solutions in targeted countries
- Expertise and competences skills development in internationalisation dynamics will be developed jointly by the partnered clusters
- Aligned with the Implementation Roadmap, following the projects activities and the cooperation agreements in the European and third country markets outside the targeted Project markets
- Developing new projects and initiatives together with the Lithuanian Design Cluster to support knowledge exchange among European SMEs
FGOI OTHER ACTIVITIES 2021-2027 PROGRAM
Identify additional funding sources at European and local/domestic level for undertaking internationalisation initiatives aimed at SMEs in order to foster their development in International markets
