Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2023

Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair is the world’s largest meeting place for Scandinavian design.

The restart of Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair will not take place as planned in September 2022. The world’s gaze turns to Scandinavia’s most important design show – the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, in the beginning of 2023. The industry wants to stand united and together focus on a strong furniture and light fair in February 7-11, 2023.

Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair has decided to cancel the postponed fair in September. The new dates are February 7–11. “We want to unite the design industry and focus on a strong comeback after two years of absence”, says Hanna Nova Beatrice, Project Area Manager, Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair and Stockholm Design Week.

We are looking forward Stockholm Design Week in September 5-11 until we meet again in February 2023.

Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair is the world’s leading meeting place for Scandinavian design! Nowhere else in the world will you find as many Scandinavian design companies gathered under one roof. For a couple of days, our halls are bursting with the best of Scandinavian furniture and lighting design for both public and home environments.

”We have talked to our members and the majority of them think we should focus on February, which is an established date internationally. After two years of cancelled fairs, it’s more important than ever that the industry stays together, and the trade fair gets a strong restart. This is what the industry wants,” says Cecilia Ask Engström, Director Industrial Development, TMF – The Swedish Federation of Wood and Furniture Industry.

Stockholm Design Week will go ahead as planned on September 5-11, with a large international press program, the launch of the Stockholm Design Week app and many city activities and exhibitions.
